Now we’re doubling down on enforcement and execution

About the Role
This is an execution-heavy role, not a “monitoring” role.

You’ll own:

• threat identification

• enforcement (takedowns)

• resolution of active brand abuse

If you’re the kind of person who can spot issues quickly, act fast, and follow through until it’s resolved, then you’ll do well here.

Main Job Responsibilities
Identification
Find and flag counterfeit listings, impersonation accounts, scam websites and ads, and unauthorized sellers. The goal is simple: surface real threats that impact revenue.

Enforcement
Take action across marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, and others), social platforms, and domains and hosting providers. Execute takedowns and track success rate, time to action, and resolution outcomes.

Case Ownership
Own each issue end to end, from detection to enforcement to resolution. Prioritize high-impact threats and urgent, live issues affecting clients. No handoffs. You own the outcome.

Client Communication
Turn messy enforcement work into clear, outcome-driven updates: what you found, the action you took, and the results you achieved.

Process & Improvement
Spot repeat offenders, platform trends, and gaps in enforcement. Use what you learn to sharpen SOPs, workflows, and overall enforcement performance.

About You
• 1-3 years of experience in trust & safety, brand protection, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistently

• Comfortable using multiple tools and platforms

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases at once

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary

• This range may span several levels that could apply to the role. Final salary depends on factors like level, relevant experience, skills, and expertise. The range covers base salary only, not benefits.
