We went from $0 to $5M ARR in under 18 months, and you'll help us take it to $20M, seeing exactly what it takes to scale from the inside.

You're impatient in the best way. You reply fast, decide fast, and ship fast. Bureaucracy and slow movers drive you up the wall, and when you feel like the team could be moving quicker, you push.
2. You’re scrappy.
Our MVP was a South African VA, a Google Sheet, and a Slack channel. That got us to 30+ customers and $1M ARR. We're fine moving fast and breaking things, because that's how we got here.
3. You have an ownership mindset.
Booked calls. MRR added. You measure yourself by what you ship, not hours logged. Output is the point.
