Enforcement built on data, not guesswork

Our enforcement and escalation process follows legal best practices and is informed by real data on which platforms, hosts, registrars, and other service providers comply, and how quickly they respond. Knowing where to send a takedown, and when to escalate, shortens the time a fake site stays live.

We also report fake sites to browser safety services such as Google Safe Browsing, so shoppers who try to visit them see a warning that the site may be deceptive. This protects your customers right away and often leads to faster removal.

Connecting the whole network

A fake website rarely works alone. It's often supported by a social media profile, an ad account, and other storefronts run by the same operator. That's why we don't separate our programs by channel. A holistic brand protection program has to connect a social profile to an ad account to a fake website and take all of them down together, so the operator can't simply redirect traffic somewhere new.
