Bustem helps e-commerce brands identify and take down copycats, counterfeiters, scammers, and unauthorized sellers stealing their revenue. We scan marketplaces, websites, ads, and domains to detect brand abuse and enforce against it.

The work produces constant, real-world stories: fake websites, shady sellers, ridiculous scams, and real enforcement wins. Content isn’t marketing here. It’s a core growth engine.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Content Lead. Not just someone who makes videos, and not just someone who plans them. You do both. You understand what works, why it works, and how to produce it at scale.

You likely:
• Have posted a high volume of TikToks or Reels and built a personal following
• Understand hooks, retention, and distribution deeply
• Think in content systems, not one-off videos
• Constantly spot content opportunities in real time

Your job: own content, make it perform, and ship every day. Minimum: 1 video per day.

Main Job Responsibilities
Own the Content Engine
• Develop formats, series, and repeatable content systems
• Decide what to create based on performance and intuition
• Turn real company activity into compelling content

Create High-Performing Short-Form Video
• TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Ideate, script, film, edit, and publish
• Optimize for hooks, pacing, and retention

Edit and Produce for Performance
• Strong captions, structure, and timing
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Maintain high output without sacrificing quality

Test, Learn, and Scale
• Run rapid experiments
• Double down on what works
• Continuously improve based on data

About You
• Creator-first but strategically sharp
• Fast, independent, and high-output
• Strong editor with excellent storytelling instincts
• Data-aware. You understand what’s working and why
• Comfortable owning both direction and execution

Deep familiarity with creator culture and short-form platforms is expected.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary

• Daily Lunch & Dinner Stipend

• Bi-Weekly Team Dinners & Events

• This range may span several levels that could apply to the role. Final salary depends on factors like level, relevant experience, skills, and expertise. The range covers base salary only, not benefits.
